Terms of Use:
• Does someone at the house know that a team member from Mile High Hellos will set up their yard card. This is important for the safety of our staff.
• You are responsible for the inventory that is displayed. You will be charged a $20 per letter/item fee for damaged or missing items. Please protect the display from any damage such as lawn mowers, dogs, children playing on the letters, balloons, etc.
• Please do not tie anything to the letters. This damages the product and you will be charged $20 per item damaged.
• If we arrive at the event address and the sprinklers are on or there is a gate without a code for entry we will charge a $25 return to set up fee and no refund will be given,
• Please water the lawn the day before and turn off all sprinklers the night the card is in the yard.
• We encourage you to pose next to your display and tag Mile High Hellos in all of your social media posts. We love sharing.
• Mile High Hellos is not responsible or liable for any damage to the sprinklers or personal property during the installation or removal of the yard card.

Refund Policy:
If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive ½ of your booking rate as a refund or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the delivery then you will receive $0 of your booking rate. In the event of inclement weather, we will try to set up the display but if we are unable to we will offer a full refund or a credit for a future booking.
No refunds will be given due to the client giving Mile High Hellos the wrong address.
No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting Mile High Hellos to remove the sign.
No refunds will be given due to Mile High Hellos being denied access to a gated community.
No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the yard card from being set up.
No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent Mile High Hellos from setting up the yard card that are out of our control.
